Frequently asked questions

Know what to expect before the camera reaches the field.

These answers explain the request, confirmation, livestream, delivery, privacy and tournament processes for Full Pitch Live.

How far in advance should I request coverage?

Request coverage as early as possible, especially for tournaments and weekends. Availability is reviewed after the full date, kickoff, venue and field information are received.

Does submitting the form confirm my booking?

No. The form creates a request only. Coverage is confirmed in writing after Full Pitch Live reviews availability, permissions, field access, connectivity, scope and any required payment.

When will Full Pitch Live respond?

The normal goal is to respond within one business day. Complex tournament, academy or multi-field requests may require additional time.

Is payment required in advance?

A deposit or full payment may be required before the booking becomes confirmed. The amount and due date will be included in the written quote or confirmation.

What happens if it rains?

Coverage may proceed, pause, move or be canceled depending on the event decision, lightning, field closure, equipment safety and travel conditions. The confirmed weather and rescheduling policy applies.

What if the kickoff time or field changes?

Send changes as soon as possible. Coverage remains subject to operator availability, travel time and conflicts with other confirmed assignments.

Can every match be livestreamed?

No. Livestreaming requires permission, safe field access, compatible equipment and sufficient cellular or venue connectivity.

What happens if the connection is poor?

The livestream may be reduced, interrupted or unavailable. When possible, the local full-match recording continues so a replay can still be delivered.

How quickly is the video delivered?

Delivery depends on file size, upload speed, processing, selected platform and package. The expected delivery window is provided with the booking confirmation.

Who can view youth match footage?

Youth recordings are private or unlisted by default and intended for the approved customer, team or organization. Public posting requires separate approval.

What permissions are required?

The requester must have authority or coordinate with the appropriate coach, manager, club, league, tournament and facility under the applicable media rules.

Can one camera cover overlapping tournament matches?

No. One camera cannot cover simultaneous matches on different fields. Additional coverage depends on equipment, operators and schedule review.

What if equipment fails?

Full Pitch Live uses reasonable preparation and backup practices, but equipment, storage, power and connectivity failures can occur. The confirmed service terms determine any replay fallback, credit or refund.

Can a parent request player highlights?

Yes, when the relevant footage and permissions allow it. Public recruiting clips require a separate approval and publishing process.

Can coaches request recurring coverage?

Yes. Coaches and academies may request recurring match coverage, practice libraries, tournament blocks or custom partnerships.

How long is footage retained?

Retention depends on the platform and package. Customers should download or save authorized files within the access period stated in the delivery message.

Can the footage be resold or used commercially?

Not automatically. Customer access, public distribution, resale, advertising and commercial usage rights depend on the confirmed written package.

How are cancellations and refunds handled?

The written quote or booking confirmation controls. Timing, non-refundable costs, travel, weather, rescheduling and work already performed can affect refunds or credits.
