Website and Coverage Terms

Requests are not confirmed bookings

Submitting the website form creates a request only. A date is confirmed only after Full Pitch Live verifies availability, permissions, access, connectivity, scope, price and any required payment in writing.

Authority and permissions

The requester must be authorized to request coverage or must coordinate with the responsible coach, team manager, club, league, tournament and facility. Full Pitch Live may decline, cancel or withhold coverage when required approvals are missing.

Prices, deposits and payment

Website prices are starting prices and may change based on location, match length, staffing, travel, platform costs, schedule conflicts and custom requirements. A deposit or full payment may be required before confirmation. The written quote controls.

Schedule and venue changes

Customers must provide changes as soon as possible. A new kickoff, venue or field remains subject to availability, safe access and conflicts with other confirmed assignments.

Weather and event cancellation

Weather, lightning, field closure, tournament decisions and unsafe conditions may delay, relocate or cancel coverage. The written booking terms determine rescheduling, credits, refunds and non-refundable costs.

Livestream limitations

Livestreaming depends on cellular or venue connectivity, network congestion, weather, safe camera placement, equipment operation and event rules. A livestream may be delayed, interrupted or unavailable even when a local recording continues.

Equipment and delivery limitations

Full Pitch Live uses reasonable preparation and backup practices, but cameras, storage, power, software, networks and third-party platforms can fail. Delivery timing is an estimate unless a written package states otherwise. The confirmed agreement controls any fallback, credit or refund.

Youth privacy and public use

Youth video is private by default. Public clips, advertising, recruiting pages and future Player Passport features require the applicable parent, club and competition approvals.

Footage access and retention

Customers should download authorized files within the stated access period. Full Pitch Live does not guarantee indefinite retention after delivery unless the confirmed package includes ongoing storage.

Intellectual property and permitted use

Customers receive the access and usage rights stated in the confirmed package. Raw footage, public distribution, resale, advertising, commercial use and transfer to third parties may require separate written permission.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation timing, travel, non-refundable platform charges, preparation already completed and custom work may affect a refund or credit. The written quote or booking confirmation controls.

Referee-review services

Any future referee-review product is a private development or incident-support service. It is not official VAR and does not alter match decisions.

Changes to these terms

Full Pitch Live may update these website terms as services and operating practices develop. Confirmed customer agreements remain governed by the version or written terms applicable to that booking.
