Information collected
Coverage requests may include an adult contact's name, role, email, phone number, club, team, event details, requested service and optional player information. Please do not submit a minor's personal phone number, personal email, exact birth date, home address, school schedule or other unnecessary private information.
How information is used
Information is used to review requests, confirm permissions, prepare quotes, schedule coverage, communicate with customers, provide approved services, prevent misuse and maintain business records. Full Pitch Live does not sell customer contact information to advertisers.
Website sessions and analytics
The website uses an essential session cookie for form security and owner-dashboard authentication. Full Pitch Live also uses Google Analytics to understand page views, traffic sources, device information, approximate geographic area and completed coverage requests. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, player details and form-field contents are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.
Youth video
Youth recordings are private by default. Public clips, recruiting content and future player-profile features require a separate approval process. Full Pitch Live does not knowingly record in locker rooms, restrooms, changing areas or similar private spaces.
Service providers
Approved video, livestream, email, storage, payment and analytics providers may process information as needed to deliver the selected service. Their own privacy terms may also apply.
Retention and deletion
Request and business records are retained as reasonably necessary for customer service, dispute handling, tax or accounting records and legal compliance. Video retention depends on the confirmed package and delivery platform. Customers may request correction, unpublishing or deletion by emailing hello@fullpitchlive.com, subject to records Full Pitch Live must retain.
Security
Full Pitch Live uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email system, cloud platform or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
